حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُمَيْسٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: " رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ عَامَ أَوْطَاسٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنْهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted permission for Mut’ah for only three days during the year of the Battle of Autas, after which he forbade it.
