حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، وَسَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَعَ الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَتُهُ فَأَرِيقُوا عَنْهُ الدَّمَ، وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى " (٢) قَالَ: وَكَانَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ يَقُولُ: " إِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ إِمَاطَةُ الْأَذَى حَلْقَ الرَّأْسِ، فَلَا أَدْرِي مَا هُوَ؟ "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salman that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: Perform 'aqiqah on the birth of a boy, remove impurities from him, and sacrifice an animal on his behalf.
