حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، وَقَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " فِي الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَتُهُ، فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ دَمًا، وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salman that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: Perform 'aqiqah on the birth of a boy, remove impurities from him, and sacrifice an animal on his behalf.
