Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The soul of a Muslim resides in the form of birds on the trees of Paradise until the Day of Resurrection, when Allah will return it to its body.
