Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ،، ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Sabrah that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade temporary marriage (mut'ah) with women on the day of the conquest of Makkah.
