Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ، حَدَّثَنِي نَصْرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، سَنَةَ مِائَةٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: " نَهَى (٢) رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُجَصَّصَ الْقُبُورُ، أَوْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهَا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade us from solidifying the grave.
