Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الصَّغَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا، فَلَا يَبِيعُهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When you buy grain, do not sell it to anyone else until you have taken possession of it.
