حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: " قَدِمْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَطُفْنَا بِالْبَيْتِ، وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا، وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ لَمْ نَقْرَبِ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when we came to Makkah Mukarramah with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we performed the Tawaf of the House of Allah and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah. On the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah, we did not go near Safa and Marwah again.
