Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يَقُولُ: (٣) قَدْ " يَئِسَ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يَعْبُدَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ، وَلَكِنْ فِي التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَهُمْ " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Satan has despaired of ever being worshipped again by those who pray, but he is determined to sow discord among them.
