Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ، وَكَثِيرُ بنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ مِنْ وَثْءٍ كَانَ بِوَرِكِهِ - أَوْ ظَهْرِهِ - " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) had cupping done while in the state of ihram due to a pain in his leg or a sprain in his back.
