حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، (٣) أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ مُزَارَعَةٌ (٤) ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا بِالثَّمَنِ " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever is a partner in a piece of land or a garden should not sell it to anyone else without first offering it to his partner. If the partner wishes, he may take it; otherwise, he may leave it.
