حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ (٢) عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ،، ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ - أَوْ قَالَ: نَكَحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ - أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The slave who marries without the permission of his master commits adultery."
