حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ يَعْنِي الْمُزَنِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الْحَجَّاجُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي زَيْنَبَ الصَّيْقَلَ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: " مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي وَقَدْ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُسْرَى عَلَى الْيُمْنَى فَانْتَزَعَهَا، وَوَضَعَ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a man who was praying and he had placed his left hand over his right hand. The Prophet (ﷺ) lifted his hand and placed the right hand over the left hand.
