حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، " أَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أُبَيٍّ بَعْدَ مَا أُدْخِلَ فِي حُفْرَتِهِ فَوَضَعَهُ عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ، وَأَلْبَسَهُ قَمِيصَهُ، وَنَفَثَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ رِيقِهِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, that when the chief of the hypocrites, Abdullah bin Ubayy, died and had been placed in the grave, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had him taken out of the grave, applied his saliva from his forehead to his feet, and clothed him in his own shirt.
