Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَحْسَبُهُ الْحَسَنَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا أُعْفِي مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I will not forgive the person who kills the murderer after accepting blood money.
