حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ (٣) بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ إِلَّا الْعَرَايَا " (٤)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of Muhaqalah, Muzabanah, and the sale of fruits on lease for several years, but he permitted that a person may give his garden as a loan to a poor person. Benefit: For these jurisprudential terms, refer to the books of Fiqh.
