Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ،، ، وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالثُّنْيَا، وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of Muhāqalah, Muzābanah, sharecropping, selling fruits on contract for several years, and making exceptions for specific trees.
