حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " السَّائِمَةُ (٢)، ، جُبَارٌ، وَالْجُبُّ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ "، قَالَ: وقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: " الرِّكَازُ: الْكَنْزُ الْعَادِيُّ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The blood-money is not due for one killed by a grazing animal, nor for one who dies by falling into a well, nor for one who dies in a mine. And one-fifth of the treasure found in the earth belongs to the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal).
