حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ، وَقَالَ: " طُعْمَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating from the price of a dog, saying that this is food from the time of ignorance.
