Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يَقُولُ: " قَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِجَنَازَةِ يَهُودِيٍّ حَتَّى جَاوَزَتْهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Jewish funeral passed by the Prophet (ﷺ), so he stood up until it had passed.
