حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا "، أَوْ " جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا "، (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “‘Umra’ is permissible for its people, or it is inheritance for its people.”
