Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَيُّكُمْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ، أَوْ نَخْلٌ، فَلَا يَبِيعُهَا حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever among you has land or a garden, he should not sell it to anyone else without first offering it to his partner."
