Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ، وَرَوْحٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، قَالَ رَوْحٌ ابْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ: عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، مِنْ وَثْءٍ كَانَ بِوَرِكِهِ - أَوْ ظَهْرِهِ - " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) had cupping done while in the state of ihram due to a sprain in his hip bone or back.
