Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When you travel through a lush and green area, allow your mounts to benefit from its greenery and do not go beyond the stopping place. And when you happen to travel through dry land, then pass through it quickly, and in such a case, prefer to travel at night, because at night it feels as if the earth is being folded up. And if you lose your way, then call the Adhan. Also, avoid praying or camping in the middle of the road, because those are the habitats of snakes and wild beasts, and do not relieve yourselves there, for that is a cause of curse."
