حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَنَسٍ: أَيُّ اللِّبَاسِ كَانَ أَحَبَّ - أَوْ أَعْجَبَ - إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ "، ، قَالَ: الْحِبَرَةُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), "Which clothing was most liked by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?" He replied: The striped Yemeni cloak.
