It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that upon the death of the Prophet (ﷺ), Umm Ayman (may Allah be pleased with her) began to weep. Someone asked her, "Why are you weeping over the Prophet (ﷺ)?" She replied, "I know that the Prophet (ﷺ) has departed from this world; I am weeping over the revelation that has ceased."
