Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ، وَشُعْبَةَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْبُزَاقُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، ، خَطِيئَةٌ، وَكَفَّارَتُهَا دَفْنُهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Spitting in the mosque is a sin, and its expiation is to bury it.
