حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، وَمُؤَمَّلٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمٌ الْعَلَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْحِجَابِ، ذَهَبْتُ أَدْخُلُ كَمَا كُنْتُ أَدْخُلُ، فَقَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " وَرَاءَكَ يَا بُنَيَّ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the verse of Hijab was revealed, even then, as usual, I once started to enter the house of the Prophet (ﷺ), so the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Son! Stay back (enter after taking permission)."
