حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ (٤) ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِأَبِي طَلْحَةَ: " أَقْرِئْ قَوْمَكَ السَّلَامَ، فَإِنَّهُمْ - مَا عَلِمْتُ - أَعِفَّةٌ صُبُرٌ " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said to Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him): Convey my greetings to your people, for I do not know of people more chaste and patient than them.
