حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، وَقَيْسُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ أَوْطَاسٍ: " لَا تُوطَأُ الْحُبْلَى حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَلَا غَيْرُ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding the captives of the Battle of Autas: No person should have intercourse with a pregnant slave woman until she gives birth, and if she is not pregnant, then he should not have intercourse with her until one or two menstrual cycles have passed.
