حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، قَالَ: فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ لَنَا، ، عِيَالًا. قَالَ: " كُلُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَأَحْسِنُوا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating the meat of sacrifice for more than three days. The people came and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! We also have children and families." Upon this, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You may eat, store, and do so in a good manner."
