English translation

Abu’l-Wadaak says that once Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) asked me, “Do the Khawarij acknowledge the existence of Dajjal?” I said, “No.” So he said, “The Prophet (ﷺ) said: I have come at the end of a thousand or even more prophets. Every prophet who was sent to his people warned his nation about Dajjal, and I have been told something about him that no one else was told. Remember! He will be one-eyed, and your Lord is not one-eyed. His right eye will be defective, and let it not be hidden from you that it will be like a lump of phlegm or nasal discharge stuck on a plastered wall, and his left eye will be like a shining star. He will have the ability to speak every language, and he will have with him an image of a lush, green paradise in which water will flow, and a sample of hell which will be black, dark, and smoky.”
