حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَقَيْسُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي سَبْيِ أَوْطَاسٍ: " لَا تُوطَأُ حَامِلٌ، - قَالَ أَسْوَدُ: حَتَّى تَضَعَ - وَلَا غَيْرُ حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً " قَالَ يَحْيَى: " أَوْ تُسْتَبْرَأُ بِحَيْضَةٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding the captives of the Battle of Autas: No person should have intercourse with a pregnant slave woman until she gives birth, and if she is not pregnant, then he should not have intercourse with her until one menstrual cycle has passed.
