حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَكُونَ خَيْرَ مَالِ الرَّجُلِ غَنَمٌ، يَتْبَعُ بِهَا شَعَفَ الْجِبَالِ، وَمَوَاقِعَ الْقَطْرِ، يَفِرُّ بِدِينِهِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ " (٤)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Soon the best wealth of a Muslim will be sheep, which he will take to the tops of mountains and places where rain falls, fleeing with his religion from tribulations.
