Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ (١) : " شِدَّةُ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: (When the heat becomes intense) perform the Zuhr prayer at a cooler time, for the severity of heat is from the effect of the heat of Hell.
