حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَبَهْزٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَوَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيسَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عُودُوا الْمَرْضَى، وَاتَّبِعُوا الْجَنَائِزَ تُذَكِّرُكُمُ الْآخِرَةَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Visit the sick and accompany the funeral, this will remind you of the Hereafter.
