Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a person submitted in the court of the Messenger (ﷺ), "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! I have a neighbor who stands in prayer all night but recites nothing except Surah Ikhlas." He thought that this was a very small thing. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "By Him in Whose hand is my soul, it is equal to one third of the Qur'an."
