حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " الْوَسَطُ الْعَدْلُ " {جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا} (٢) [البقرة: ١٤٣]، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) interpreted "ummatan wasatan" as a moderate community.
