Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when Surah Nasr was revealed to the Prophet (ﷺ), the Prophet (ﷺ) recited it completely to the noble companions and said that all people are on one side and I and my companions are on the other side of the scale. And he said that after the conquest of Makkah, migration is no longer obligatory, but the reward of jihad and intention remains. Upon hearing this hadith, Marwan denied it. At that time, Rafi bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) were also present, sitting with Marwan on his throne. Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if these two wish, they can narrate this hadith to you, but one of them fears that you will take away the leadership of his people from him, and the other fears that you will withhold charity from him. Upon this, both of them remained silent, and Marwan picked up a whip to beat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him). Seeing this, both of them said, "He is speaking the truth." Benefit: The writer does not have complete satisfaction regarding the authenticity of this narration.
