حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا حَلِيمَ إِلَّا ذُو عَثْرَةٍ (١) ، وَلَا حَكِيمَ إِلَّا ذُو تَجْرِبَةٍ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Only the one who slips and stumbles becomes forbearing, and only an experienced person becomes wise.
