حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَرَوْحٌ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ قَتَلَهُ نَبِيُّهُ " وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ: " قَتَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ وَاشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللهِ عَلَى رَجُلٍ تَسَمَّى بِمَلِكِ الْأَمْلَاكِ لَا مَلِكَ إِلَّا اللهُ عَزَّ، ، وَجَلَّ (١) " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The severe wrath of Allah descends upon the person whom a prophet has killed with his own hand in jihad in the way of Allah, and the severe wrath of Allah descends upon the person who calls himself "Shahanshah" (King of Kings); there is no sovereignty except that of Allah.
