اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ

This hadith with its chain of transmission is weak (Daif), but its purpose is correct. This supplication is needed because a person asks his Lord to benefit him with what He has taught him and to teach him what will benefit him.
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say: ‘Allahummanfa’ni bima ‘allamtani, wa ‘allimnima yanfa’uni, wa zidni ‘ilman. Wal-hamdu Lillahi ‘ala kulli hal.”
