The full Dua is written in Arabic with the Diacritical as:

اَللّهُمَّ يَسِّرْ وَلاَ تُعَسِِّرْ وَتَمِِّمْ بِالْخَیْر

اللهم يسر ولا تعسر وتمم بالخير
