The (2nd) Second Kalma also known as “Shahadat” means “bearing witness to faith”. It reflects the witness of a Muslim that Allah is one and only and Muhammad (ﷺ) is His last messenger and prophet.
Reciting the 2nd Kalima on daily basis is obligatory for every Muslim. By proclaiming the Shahadat, a Muslim claims that all of his acts are according to the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah.
It Comes after the 1st Kalma -Tayyab- and before the 3rd Kalima -Tamjeed-

اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَہٗ لَاشَرِيْكَ لَه وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهٗ وَرَسُولُه
and Without the Diacritical:
أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله
