Hadith of an old woman from Banu Namir (may Allah be pleased with her)

حَدِيثُ عَجُوزٍ مِنْ بَنِي نُمَيْرٍ، ٢٢٣٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّلِيلِ، عَنْ عَجُوزٍ مِنْ بَنِي نُمَيْرٍ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ، وَوَجْهُهُ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ قَالتْ: فَحَفِظَتْ مِنْهُ: " رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطَايَايَ وَجَهْلِي " (١)، ،

An old woman from Banu Namir says that before the migration, I saw the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) at the place of Abtah, facing the Kaaba and leading people in prayer. I have memorized this supplication from him (peace be upon him): O Allah! Forgive my sins and my ignorance.
