Hadith of Zayd ibn Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ (١)، ١٧٤٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقَيْلِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ أَتَاهُ فِي أَوَّلِ مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيْهِ، فَعَلَّمَهُ الْوُضُوءَ وَالصَّلَاةَ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ، أَخَذَ غَرْفَةً مِنْ مَاءٍ، فَنَضَحَ بِهَا فَرْجَهُ " (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

It is narrated from Zaid bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the Prophet (ﷺ) with the first revelation, he also taught him the method of ablution and prayer, and after completing ablution, he took a handful of water and sprinkled it on his private part.
