Hadith of the grandfather of Talhah al-Ayyami (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ جَدِّ طَلْحَةَ الْأَيَامِيِّ، ١٥٩٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّهُ " رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْسَحُ رَأْسَهُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْقَذَالَ، وَمَا يَلِيهِ مِنْ مُقَدَّمِ الْعُنُقِ بِمَرَّةً " قَالَ الْقَذَالُ: السَّالِفَةُ الْعُنقُ (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

It is narrated from the grandfather of Talha Ayami that he saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) wiping his head in such a way that the Prophet (peace be upon him) wiped once from the back part of the neck up to the adjoining front part.
