Hadith of a man from the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ، ١٥٩٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى هُوَ ابْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ وَاصِلٍ الْأَحْدَبِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، قُمْ إِلَيَّ أَمْشِ إِلَيْكَ، وَامْشِ إِلَيَّ أُهَرْوِلْ إِلَيْكَ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a companion that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah says, O son of Adam, if you come towards Me walking, I will come towards you running; and if you look towards Me, I will look towards you.
