Hadith of Amir al-Muzani from the Prophet (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٥٩٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِمِنًى عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ، وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدٌ أَحْمَرُ، قَالَ: وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَدْرٍ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: فَجِئْتُ حَتَّى أَدْخَلْتُ يَدِي بَيْنَ قَدَمِهِ، وَشِرَاكِهِ، قَالَ: " فَجَعَلْتُ أَعْجَبُ مِنْ بَرَدِهَا " (١)، ،

It is narrated from Amir that I saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) delivering a sermon in Mina while riding on his mule. At that time, he was wearing a red cloak. In front of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a Badri companion who was conveying the voice further ahead. I came walking and placed my hand between the foot of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the strap of his sandal; I was amazed at its coolness.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْخٌ، مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَةَ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ شَهْبَاءَ، وَعَلِيٌّ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from ‘Amir that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering a sermon in Mina while riding his white mule. ‘Ali was conveying his voice to the people ahead.
