Chapter 1
It is narrated from Yasirah, "who is among the emigrant female companions," that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to us: O women of the Muslims! Make tasbih (glorification), tahleel (declaration of the oneness of Allah), and taqdees (sanctification) obligatory upon yourselves; do not be heedless lest you forget the mercy of Allah, and count these tasbihat on your fingers because on the Day of Resurrection you will be questioned about them and they will be granted the power of speech.
